1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Botago mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and [YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we," "us," or "our").

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Transfer, sublicense, or assign your rights

  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not use automated scripts, bots, or cheats
  • Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Content and Social Features

Botago includes social features that allow you to interact with other users, such as visiting greenhouses and sending gifts. When using these features:

  • Be respectful and courteous to other users
  • Do not engage in bullying, harassment, or hate speech
  • Do not share inappropriate or offensive content
  • Do not impersonate other users or entities

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Botago Pro Subscription

Botago Pro is an optional subscription that provides additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually) at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android). We do not have access to your payment card information. For billing inquiries, please contact the respective app store.

6. Virtual Items and Currency

Botago may include virtual currency (coins, gems) and virtual items (decorations, fertilizers) that can be earned through gameplay or purchased.

No Real-World Value: Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of the App.

Non-Refundable: All purchases of virtual items and currency are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

No Transfer: Virtual items and currency cannot be transferred, traded, or sold between users or accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, images, text, user interface, and software, is owned by [YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME] or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Botago name and logo are trademarks of [YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME].

8. Disclaimers

Plant Identification: The plant identification feature is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that identifications are 100% correct. Do not rely on the App for identifying potentially dangerous, poisonous, or edible plants without consulting a qualified expert.

As-Is Basis: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [YOUR COMPANY LEGAL NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
